The best massage ever. I travel a lot and spend a lot of time in hotels, very often in Manhattan, so I do have the chance to try different massages in different parts of the world. This was one of the best if not the best massage I ever had. Thai stretches were done with a lot of care, she was able to adjust the strength so as not to cause pain.
Having said that, I must say that Emmy has a natural talent for massage and she has the strongest hands I have seen in a woman.
Next morning I felt much much better and like having a new body. I would definitely recommend Emmy's massage.
My boyfriend and I practically live in NYC. We have gone to several spas here and have tried different therapists and techniques.
Emmy's techniques were really amazing. Her Swedish massage wonderfully combined with Shiatsu on the trigger points as well as Thai stretches really made us feel much more relaxed, fresher and lighter. We're glad we were able to find a really skillful massage therapist who knows what she's doing, professional, well organized and punctual.
In addition to the massage, she gave me a facial which was one of the best I ever had. She used a lot of professional looking products and gear and did it in several steps, exfoliating, removing dead cells, applying some serum with vitamins, massaging, etc. In the end my skin looked much brighter and fresher.
At the hotel I usually stay when I'm in NY, I always book a massage at the spa nearby.
But being jet lagged and over tired, this time I just wanted an in-room massage. I texted Emmy as she looked professional and her price was reasonable for Manhattan. She came in 35 minutes later, with an impressive massage table and lots of gear. I booked for one hour, but soon I asked if I could get 90 minutes. (Emmy later told me that most of her customers ask for extensions and I find that easy to believe). This was the best experience. I'm very glad I could manage to find a massage therapist that could address my needs, especially my upper back pain which was almost gone next morning. Also the knot in my upper right back disappeared and did not reappear after several days. I would gladly recommend her in the highest terms.
I am happy to write a reference for Emmy. I tried her massage and it was easily the best I ever had.
She was polite and professional. She came in my hotel room within less than an hour. She gave me 90 minutes of perfect massage and I still feel the difference 1 week later.
I would say that her pricing is a bargain given that this is Manhattan and this was outcall in my own hotel room.
I would definitely recommend her.
I will sure call Emmy again next time I am in Manhattan. Her massage was the best I ever had.
It is obvious that she has lots of experience but also she has strength that is very rare for a woman. The stiffness in my lower back disappeared and that knot in my upper back (from long hours of typing at a keyboard) almost disappeared the next day. She applied several different techniques that required a big effort from her.
She arrived in my hotel room in about 45 minutes from the time I called her and was professional and polite.
